The band splits into two strands that cross over and loop into a knot at the front, then rejoin behind the finger as a single plain shank. The knot is left open in the middle rather than pressed flat, so you can see through it and the shape holds its dimension. It is finished in a bright silver, with the strands kept fine so the knot stays neat rather than bulky.
