A centre, and a frame around it. The Regal Sapphire Stud Earrings ring a sapphire-blue centre with smaller set stones on a 925 sterling silver stud.

The surrounding stones do two things: they widen the earring so it fills more of the lobe, and they bounce light inward so the blue looks lit from all sides. Sterling silver keeps the whole frame cool, which stops the arrangement from looking heavy or overworked.
